What games do you support?
We currently offer services for Diablo 2 Resurrected (D2R), Diablo 4 (D4), and Path of Exile 2 (PoE2). Our D2R catalog is the most extensive, covering Runes, Runewords, Unique Items, Set Items, Charms, Builds, and Materials. D4 and PoE2 catalogs are actively growing.

What platforms do you support?

Do you support Ladder and Standard in D2R?
Yes. We support both Standard and Ladder leagues for all D2R products. Simply select your preferred league when placing your order. Ladder items can only be traded on Ladder — please ensure you are on the correct league when arranging delivery.
How does the delivery process work?
After placing your order, our team receives it instantly. For most products, we contact you via Live Chat or Discord within 5–15 minutes to arrange delivery. For currency and items (D2R), delivery is done Face to Face in-game. You create a game lobby and we join to trade. Full delivery instructions are sent with each order.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within 15–60 minutes during active hours (9:00–23:00 CET). Complex build orders may take 12–24 hours. If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
What is 'Face to Face' delivery?
Face to Face (FtF) means we trade items or currency directly through the in-game trade window. You must be online and in the same game/server. For D2R specifically: create a named game in the lobby, share the game name and password with our support, and we will join to complete the trade. For extra safety, place a random low-value item in the trade window so the transaction looks like a normal player trade.
What is your refund policy?
You are entitled to a full refund if your order is not delivered within 24 hours, or if the product does not match the description. Since all products are digital goods delivered in-game, refunds are not available once delivery has been confirmed. For disputes, contact support — we resolve almost every case within a few hours.
Is it safe? Can I get banned?
Our delivery methods are designed to be as safe as possible and replicate normal player-to-player trading. We have delivered thousands of orders with zero account bans reported when our safety guidelines are followed. Never mention buying items or real-money transactions in public or party chat. Do not accept random friend requests immediately after receiving items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (via PayPal.me link), Revolut (instant bank transfer), and Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20). PayPal provides the highest level of buyer protection. All payments are processed manually — you pay after confirming your order details.
What currencies do you display prices in?
Prices are shown in EUR by default, but you can switch between EUR, USD, and PLN using the currency selector in the navigation bar. All prices are converted in real-time.
