rank1gear ("we", "us") is the controller of your personal data collected through this website. For any privacy-related inquiries please contact us at support@rank1gear.com.
When you place an order we collect: your email address, in-game character name, Discord handle, IP address, selected game and items, total amount paid, and currency. We do not store payment card details - all payments are processed through PayPal or Revolut.
We use your data exclusively to: (a) process and fulfil your order; (b) send order confirmation emails; (c) prevent fraud and rate-limit abuse; (d) send you important updates about your order. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Order records are retained for a maximum of 2 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing support@rank1gear.com.
We share data with: Supabase (database, hosted in the EU); Resend (transactional email); PayPal (payment processing); Crisp (live chat). Each sub-processor has its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Exercise any right by emailing support@rank1gear.com.
We use strictly necessary cookies for session and cart. Google analytics and advertising cookies (Google Ads conversion measurement) and the Crisp live chat are used only after you accept optional cookies in the consent banner. Until then, Google tags run in Consent Mode without setting advertising cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
