rank1gear is an online marketplace for in-game virtual items (currencies, gear, boosts) for games including Diablo 2 Resurrected and others. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All items sold are virtual in-game assets. Prices are denominated in USD, EUR, or PLN and are subject to change without notice. Items have no monetary value outside the game environment and we make no representation as to their future availability or value.
Payment is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept PayPal and Revolut. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout. Currency conversions use live exchange rates. All payments are final; refunds are granted only at our discretion (see Section 7).
Average delivery time is 15–60 minutes after payment confirmation. Delivery requires you to be online in-game with the character name you provided. We are not liable for delays caused by game servers, maintenance, or incorrect character information.
We deliver items through legitimate in-game trade mechanics. We do not request your game login credentials at any point. While we employ safe delivery methods, we cannot guarantee zero risk of game-side moderation. Use at your own discretion in accordance with the game's terms of service.
If we fail to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not available for delivered items or for orders where delivery was prevented by incorrect customer information. To request a refund contact support@rank1gear.com with your Order ID.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to resell items commercially, to disrupt our systems, or to provide false personal information. Violations may result in order cancellation without refund.
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not affiliated with any game publisher and have no control over in-game policies or updates that may affect item values.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, submitted to a competent EU court.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
